Browse our koi listings and submit an inquiry for any fish you are interested in. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with availability, pricing, and shipping details. There is no online checkout — all orders are processed manually to ensure each fish is still available and healthy at the time of purchase.
We can hold a koi for up to 48 hours while you arrange payment. After that, the fish is returned to our available inventory. Please contact us to arrange a hold.
We accept bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA), PayPal, and for approved dealers, net-30 invoicing. Payment details are provided after your inquiry is confirmed.
We currently ship to over 30 countries. Some countries require import permits for live fish — please check your local regulations. Contact us with your location and we will confirm whether we can ship to you.
Most international shipments take 24–36 hours from dispatch to delivery. We send a tracking number once your shipment is booked. We coordinate delivery times with you in advance.
In the unlikely event of a dead-on-arrival, photograph the fish inside the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery and contact us immediately. We review each case individually and aim to find a fair resolution.
Float the sealed bag in your pond for 15–20 minutes to equalize temperature, then gradually mix pond water into the bag over another 15 minutes before releasing. Do not expose the bag to direct sunlight during acclimation.
As a general guide, allow a minimum of 250 litres per medium koi (40–50 cm). For show-quality or jumbo koi, larger volumes are recommended. Good filtration is essential for maintaining water quality and fish health.
Submit a dealer application via the Dealer Application page. We review applications manually and typically respond within 5 business days. Approved dealers receive wholesale pricing, early inventory access, and a dedicated account manager.

Due to the nature of live animals and the biosecurity risks of return shipping, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality and health of every fish we send. If there is an issue, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
